Thank you for choosing Backroads WiFi. We’re committed to providing fast, reliable internet service wherever you call home, even off the beaten path. Please review our service terms below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or signing into your account online. Due to bookkeeping, cancellations are processed when the request is made, not at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once service is active.
  • Equipment provided as part of your plan is yours to keep.

Shipping & Equipment Policy

  • Equipment orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Equipment includes a modem/router and a pre-configured SIM card (if applicable).
  • For plans with a one-time equipment fee, this charge is due at signup and is non-refundable once shipped.

Data Usage & Fair Use Policy

  • Our plans use major U.S. carrier networks depending on your selected service.
  • The 1TB plan is only 1TB. Overage may result in suspension of service. Continued abuse will result in termination of service unless the plan is upgraded to unlimited.
  • While "Unlimited" plans do not have hard data caps, speeds may be reduced during times of network congestion, especially after high usage.
  • Excessive or improper use (such as hosting servers or reselling bandwidth) may result in account suspension or termination.

Support & Warranty

  • We offer U.S.-based customer support Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm CST.
  • If you experience a technical issue, please contact support before returning any equipment.

Coverage & Compatibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm network compatibility in their area prior to ordering.
  • If you’re unsure which plan is right for your location, please contact us. We’re happy to help assess signal strength.

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Customer data is used solely for account management, support, and service delivery. We never sell or share your personal information.
